Contest Rules and Regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Eligibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Entry is open to anyone 21 years and older, who resides in the EU. VAUDE reserves the right to require proof of age and identity.<\/p>\n

    VAUDE and partner company employees as well as their immediate family members are not eligible to win.<\/p>\n

    Each person is allowed to enter the contest only once and under their real name.<\/p>\n

    VAUDE reserves the right to exclude participants in this competition who violate these Contest Rules.<\/p>\n

    1. Prize<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      VAUDE and the contest partner will award a adventure trip (as described, subject to change) and a Green Shape product of your choice.<\/p>\n

      The winner may take a travel companion of their choice for the trip, provided that the accompanying person is over 18 years of age.
      \nAll winners will need a passport that is valid for at least 6 months.<\/p>\n

      Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent will be offered in substitution of the prizes. The prize is just as advertised and is redeemable only during those times that have been agreed on with the respective contest partner. (This covers certain exclusion periods such as holidays, high seasons, etc.)<\/p>\n

      1. Prize notification and information<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Contest entry begin is 30.10.2017; entry deadline is 15.12.2017.<\/p>\n

        The prize will be drawn from among all participating entries who have registered online by the deadline date at inspire.vaude.com\/en\/greenshape-gewinnspiel or who have filled in a contest ticket during the campaign at a participating retailer.<\/p>\n

        Winners will be notified by e-mail to the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The prize must be claimed within seven (7) days of official notification via email. If the winner does not respond in writing with his\/her full name, address and date of birth to VAUDE to claim the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, VAUDE reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.<\/p>\n

        By participating, the winner grants VAUDE the right to post his\/her name on the site.<\/p>\n

        1. Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The winner is responsible for organizing all necessary identification and\/or travel documents (e.g., a valid driver\u2019s license\/ passport\/ insurance) required for their and their companion\u2019s travel. VAUDE is not a tour operator.<\/p>\n

            This competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The decision is final.<\/p>\n

            Teilnahmeberechtigt ist jeder, der 18 Jahre alt ist und seinen Wohnsitz in der EU hat. VAUDE beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, einen Nachweis \u00fcber das Alter und den Wohnsitz zu verlangen.
            Mitarbeiter von VAUDE sowie Partnerunternehmen sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.
            Jede Person darf nur einmal an diesem Gewinnspiel teilnehmen.
            VAUDE ist berechtigt, Teilnehmer von diesem Gewinnspiel auszuschlie\u00dfen, die gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen versto\u00dfen.<\/p>

            2. Gewinn<\/strong>

            VAUDE verlost je zwei Karten pro Vorstellung f\u00fcr die Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour 2016.
            Eine Barauszahlung oder \u00dcbertragung der Gewinne ist nicht m\u00f6glich. Die Gewinne sind nur wie ausgeschrieben erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>

            3. Gewinnermittlung, Gewinninformation<\/strong>

            Teilnahmeschluss f\u00fcr das Gewinnspiel ist der 21.02.16.
            Der Gewinn wird unter allen Teilnehmern verlost, die bis zum Teilnahmeschluss beim Gewinnspiel mitgemacht haben.
            Die Gewinnbenachrichtigung erfolgt per E-Mail an die bei der Anmeldung angegebene E-Mail Adresse. Der Gewinner erkl\u00e4rt sich bereit, auf der Webseite mit Namen ver\u00f6ffentlicht zu werden.<\/p>
